With a variety of classes and services offered, I aim to cater for all my clients’ needs. I take great pride in what I do and feel very passionate about helping others. I offer a very professional service and have been told by many clients that I go above and beyond the duty of a Personal Trainer.

It is very important to me that you enjoy leading a healthy lifestyle and that it isn’t seen as a chore. This is why I try to make our sessions, fun, innovative and great value for money.

Boxercise

Boxercise is a combination of boxing and exercise. It helps improve hand-eye coordination, speed and agility and general fitness and well-being.

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training is a fantastic way to get in shape. It has many benefits on the body and releases lots of ‘feel-good’ endorphins.

Aqua Areobics

Aqua aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise within a swimming pool. This is a great way to exercise especially if you are suffering from injuries.
