Being a busy working mum of two myself, I completely understand how hectic life can be, and how hard it can be to dedicate time to exercise.

I’m a passionate Personal Trainer with over 20 years’ experience helping women feel fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier.​

I know what it’s like to face setbacks, juggle life, and lose your spark, because I’ve been there too.

From football fields to motherhood and menopause, I’ve learned what it truly takes to rebuild strength, confidence, and happiness. ​

My mission is simple: To empower and support women to become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier versions of themselves.
